....The Manchester Holiday Inn was the first modern hotel at the Manchester and Interstate 24 interchange and was the first construction in the Manchester - Coffee County Business Park development. The 3 story facility reflected Holiday Inns latest design concepts with large porte cochere, comfortable lobby with hearth and food bar, an indoor pool and exercise area, and multiple room configurations that include suites and in-room spas as well as accommodations for accessibility.

....The construction was masonry and precast concrete with brick and synthetic stucco exteriors. Site development and planning included planning for the multi-acre business park with boulevards and the attached regional conference center.
