....The site was the most challenging aspect of this project. Although the building sits on the 20 acres site, majority of the site consists of very steep hillside. Providing area for the current building, entry for trucks and cars, and the area for future building within the Tennessee Fast Track Fund took very intensive design and redesign. The result was enviornmently low impact and neighbor friendly site design that maximizes the Fund.
....Since this plant is Nakatetsu's first plant outside of Japan, we act as an interpreter to bridge the communication gaps. We also went beyond architect's role and help with other necessities Nakatetsu establishing their company.
